Fosters Kitchen
Features
- Higher End Sustainable Farmer Focused
Description
Foster’s Kitchen only uses the freshest ingredients available to us inside all our daily preparations in our kitchen. Our innovative Chef has found inspiration from the beauty of our island and is adamant about serving only the best of freshly prepared foods. From first glance to last bite, you can tell there’s something different about our culinary cuisine.
We are fortunate enough to have the chance to highlight the hard work and dedication of our local farmer’s by utilizing their fresh fruit, vegetables and meats. In addition to our partnerships with various local farmers, we are proud to serve products that are crafted locally and produced right here at home in Hawaii. From craft beers to kombucha, local freshly baked breads, Kona coffee and locally made ice creams, you are likely to support more than one local business by dining at Foster’s Kitchen.
Foster’s Kitchen is a “scratch kitchen” recently referred to as “slow-food”. What that means is we produce a vast majority of our menu in-house and from scratch. Some items within our menu do require a little extra time for preparation, but when it’s not “fast-food” it’s food worth the wait!
